Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, wild-caught and freshly canned in Ketchikan, Alaska.
Sockeye salmon is exceptionally rich in omega-3 fatty acids, specifically EPA and DHA, which are crucial for maintaining heart health by reducing inflammation, lowering blood pressure, and decreasing risk factors for disease. It’s a high-quality protein source (approx. 46 grams of protein per can!) which helps to repair tissue, protect bone health, and maintain muscle mass.
Sockeye is packed with essential vitamins and minerals, and is an excellent source of several B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12), which are necessary for energy production, controlling inflammation, and protecting heart and brain health. Also a good source of vitamin D, crucial for bone health and immune function, and selenium, important for thyroid and hormonal health. Oregon is famous for Dungeness Crab, and it is one of the most highly sought after seafoods. Dungeness crab is to Oregon what lobster is to Maine.
We offer Dungeness Crab when there is a fresh supply from our processor, typically once a year in January or February. Due to high demand, we usually sell out quickly.
Packed with water, salt and citric acid (to preserve color).
Please note that these are 4 oz of crab meat in a 6 oz can, packed in water (with citric acid) to prevent browning. Drain before serving.

If you want the most delicious smoked tuna you’ve ever tasted get this one! I used it in finger sandwiches for several catering events and it was the most talked about over the other menu items, and even got me a couple referrals because the client specifically wanted the smoked tuna on their menu. I even use the liquid I drain from the cans in soups and pastas, so good! It arrives promptly, well packed, with no hassles ever. I can’t say enough good things about Oregon’s Choice.
