We offer Dungeness Crab when there is a fresh supply from our processor, typically once a year in January or February. Due to high demand, we usually sell out quickly.

Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, wild-caught and freshly canned in Ketchikan, Alaska.
Sockeye salmon is exceptionally rich in omega-3 fatty acids, specifically EPA and DHA, which are crucial for maintaining heart health by reducing inflammation, lowering blood pressure, and decreasing risk factors for disease. It’s a high-quality protein source (approx. 46 grams of protein per can!) which helps to repair tissue, protect bone health, and maintain muscle mass.
Sockeye is packed with essential vitamins and minerals, and is an excellent source of several B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12), which are necessary for energy production, controlling inflammation, and protecting heart and brain health. I found a can of smoked tuna from last winter, and a two year old can of coconut milk. I tossed them both into some leftovers, and that tuna was the star! It looked amazing, the flavors were world-class, it really turned my humble table into the VIP section at a fancy restaurant. I think the tuna may have even gotten better with some time in the can.

The smoked albacore is a favorite. I always include it in a charcuterie tray which I take if someone is going to cook dinner for us. Never too heavy with vegs and a sauce as an appetizer. And everyone likes tuna. Smoked albacore is a first-time treat for most. I am excited to see that the smoked albacore is now available in the small tins. 3 oz I think. I will definitely put some on my next order. These small tins are awesome for car trips. Peanut butter gets old.
