Sockeye salmon is exceptionally rich in omega-3 fatty acids, specifically EPA and DHA, which are crucial for maintaining heart health by reducing inflammation, lowering blood pressure, and decreasing risk factors for disease. We offer Dungeness Crab when there is a fresh supply from our processor, typically once a year in January or February. Due to high demand, we usually sell out quickly.
3 oz crab meat packed in water (with citric acid) to prevent browning. Drain before serving.
